Divorce/Family Law by Self-Help
Arbitration and Mediation For Florida always recommends that parties obtain the services of an attorney to represent them in Family Law matters. However, the Florida Supreme Court has acknowledged that the legal fees for divorce are sometimes cost-prohibitive. They have, therefore, created a very comprehensive set of Family Law Forms and Legal Self-Help Centers to enable those of limited means, an opportunity to obtain divorce.
Arbitration and Mediation For Florida can help make that happen by helping the parties reach a property settlement or resolve enough issues to enable either a self-help divorce or one with narrowed issues and fewer fees.
