John W. Wilcox
John Wilcox, senior partner and co-founder of Lash & Wilcox, PL., practices in the areas of complex litigation and environmental law, water law and infrastructure project development.
He has successfully litigated a wide variety of administrative and civil cases, including the representation of the Southwest Florida Water Management District in the Tampa Bay “Water Wars”.
His experience also includes construction, agricultural and land use litigation. Mr. Wilcox has led efforts and participated in structuring, evaluating, and implementing innovative partnerships to design, build, finance, and operate alternative water supply facilities across Florida.
