Remote Internet services are always available. We are experienced and capable of providing confidential breakout rooms and conferencing for parties in separate locations, towns, states or countries.

Arbitration and Mediation For Florida believes in the “Have Skills Will Travel” model of mediation. Our mediations take place at the location which is best suited for the parties. It is in your neighborhood or town. It can be between locations of the parties to facilitate less travel by each. That means it can easily be in a different county from the lawsuit itself. It may be in your lawyer’s office or in a neutral site, such as the local Bar Association or court reporter’s office.

There is never a separate charge for space.
